These terms govern your use of this website and the quote requests you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

St. Cloud Movers is a household moving company registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under registration number IM3938.

This website is not your moving contract

Nothing on this site — including anything the AI assistant says — is an offer, a binding quote, or a contract for moving services.

Florida law requires us to give you a written estimate and a written contract before we perform a move. Those documents, signed by you, are what govern your move: the services, the charges, the valuation coverage and the terms. If anything on this website conflicts with them, the signed documents control.

Estimates and pricing

Our rate is hourly. The final cost is calculated on the service day based on the total time worked by the team under real-time conditions.

Any figure discussed before that — by phone, email or through the assistant — is an estimate based on the information you gave us. Actual charges can differ if conditions differ: more items than described, stairs or elevators not mentioned, long carries, restricted parking, delayed access to a property, weather, or additional services requested on the day.

We will explain charges before work begins and will not perform services you have not authorised.

Requesting a quote

Submitting a request does not reserve a date or crew. A move is booked only when we confirm it with you and the required documents are signed.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete. Estimates depend on it, and inaccurate information is the most common reason a final cost differs from an estimate.

The AI assistant

The chat assistant is automated software, not a human representative. It gathers details about your move so our team can follow up.

It can be wrong. It cannot quote prices, confirm availability, book a move, or agree to anything on our behalf, and no statement it makes binds us. For anything that matters, speak to a person at +1 (407) 374-9238.

Do not enter payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health information into the assistant.

Items we cannot move

For safety and legal reasons, our crews cannot transport certain items, including hazardous or flammable materials, explosives, corrosives, ammunition, perishable food, live plants and animals, and irreplaceable or high-value items such as cash, jewellery, important documents and medications.

Please plan to carry those yourself. Ask us in advance if you are unsure about a specific item — the full list is set out in your moving contract.

Claims, liability and coverage

Our liability for loss of or damage to your goods is governed by the valuation coverage you select in your moving contract and by applicable Florida law. Coverage options and their limits are explained before your move, and you choose the level that suits you.

Claims must be reported in the manner and within the timeframe set out in your contract. Contact us as soon as you notice an issue — the sooner we know, the better we can resolve it.

Separately, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and the website is provided “as is” without warranties as to uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate. Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling terms are those stated in your written contract.

Using this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information
• Use the site or assistant for anything unlawful, abusive or harassing
• Attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, or access it through automated means without our permission
• Copy or reuse our content, photographs, logos or branding

All content on this site is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We may suspend access if these terms are misused.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party services such as Google Maps and our booking system. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Reviews shown on this site

Customer reviews displayed here are real and come from our customers. We do not edit their substance, and we do not offer compensation in exchange for reviews.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Osceola County, Florida. Disputes about a move are governed by the dispute-resolution terms in your moving contract.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
